Dates of Operation
We will run trips most days between 1 May and 31 October each year. Most days we run just one trip. You can email us if the your date is not available, as we can sometimes lay on extra trips. The majority of trips commence from the Spahats Falls parking lot at 9:15am.

Prices are inclusive of taxes, and include transportation from the meeting point and our home prepared snacks. Trips of 5 hours or more include a picnic lunch (bring your own water).
Children under 14 years are half price (not recommended for Full Day hikes, except the vehicle-assisted hiking tour).
Customized and private trips can be arranged on request with advance notice. Additional charges apply.

Between May and October, if we're all out hiking, you can leave a voicemail on either number and we will get back to you in the evening.
Cancellation and Changes to Trips
We reserve the right to change or cancel trips in response to weather conditions and other events beyond our control. Should we cancel a trip on which you have a confirmed reservation, we will refund all monies paid by you. Please note that once trips are scheduled, cancellations by us are extremely rare.
To cancel or change a reservation, please let us know by email as soon as possible. Outside of 48 hours before your trip departure payments are refundable except for a 10% administration fee. Cancellations made between 48 and 12 hours before your scheduled trip departure will be charged at 50% of the total price. Any cancellations or no-shows within 12 hours of your scheduled trip departure will not be rescheduled or refunded.
