It is with deep regret that we have decided to suspend our business from 2023 onwards with a desire to reconsider our plans for the future. We have had the most fantastic 15 years in this incredible Park, and we have loved sharing this place with people from all over the world.

Hike with Us in Unforgettable Wells Gray Country

One of the best kept secrets of British Columbia, Wells Gray Provincial Park is the home of over 5,000 km² of exceptional, protected wilderness rich in natural, human and geologic history.

This is a land shaped over millions of years by fire and ice. Here pure, glacial meltwaters flow through alpine meadows and high forest, converging into creeks and rivers that have carved out spectacular waterfalls and deep valleys from volcanic plateaus. Plants and animals follow their seasonal cycles much as they did before the first European settlers came here just a century ago.

The main gateway to the area is the small friendly town of Clearwater that takes its name from the pure waters of the river that flows from the Park. This is our main staging post for our explorations of the area.

Wells Gray has many remarkable hiking trails - take just a few steps from the highway and you are embraced by the sense of wilderness.

We have trips designed to suit most ages and abilities - all our trips include interpretation, visits to natural landmarks and the challenge of wilderness hiking, but the balance between these varies from one hike to another. Our guests are typically groups of family or friends, organized groups and solo travelers.

We like to tailor each trip to the interests of the group - let us know your particular interests when booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
